So, each week I’ve been setting little goals for myself like “drink more water” or “eat a salad once a day”. This week, I had four: eat breakfast everyday, no lattes, no fake meat, and drink more water.
As I said yesterday, I started my “week” today because of my day off yesterday. I managed to break three of the four goals already :( I had a latte during the day, I didn’t have time to make breakfast so I grabbed a banana on the way out of the house, and for dinner I had two fake chicken strip things in a veggie pita. Ugh.
However, all was not lost - I did manage to go for an hour long walk that burned off the calories in the latte and the fake meat.
Tomorrow is another day. “Come tomorrow, I’ll wake up new.“
